Nikki L Graves, MD

Dr. Graves completed a medical degree at the University of North Carolina Medical School. She did an internship at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in South Carolina. Dr. Graves comes to Bon Secours from the University of South Florida, where she recently completed a residency in family medicine. Prior to this, Dr. Graves served as a medical officer in the U.S. Navy. She was a general medical officer, providing primary care and acute care at the Branch Medical Clinic at Naval Air Station North Island in San Diego. She also served as medical officer and department head for the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Five at Port Hueneme, California. In addition to her medical training, she has completed a number of military training courses.

Dr. Graves is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American Medical Women’s Association and the National Medical Association

Karen Rush, MD

Dr. Rush is a licensed family physician. She received her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, and completed her residency at Portsmouth Family Medicine. Dr. Rush is Board Certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.

Devin Bailey, NP

Devin Bailey, NP, is a certified family nurse practitioner. Born and raised in Newport News, Va., Ms. Bailey received her bachelor of science in biology from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va., and her registered nursing degree from the Sentara College of Health Sciences in Chesapeake, Va. In addition, she earned her master of science in nursing with a family nurse practitioner concentration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Ms. Bailey is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with accreditation from the National Commission for Certifying Agencies and the Accreditation Board for Specialty Nursing Certification. She says she is excited about the opportunity to provide high-quality health care to those in need.

Paa-Kofi Obeng, DO

Paa-Kofi Obeng, DO, is an internal medicine physician. Dr. Obeng completed both his bachelor of science and master of public health degrees at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and earned his medical degree in osteopathic medicine from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. He went on to complete his internal medicine residency at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, Ohio.

Dr. Obeng is professionally affiliated with the American College of Physicians and American Osteopathic Association. He has participated in several medical presentations and received multiple awards, including the American Osteopathic Foundation Welch Scholar Award. Dr. Obeng provides a full spectrum of health care services for adults with an emphasis on preventive care.
