Harbour View Family Practice was established in response to Bon Secours' commitment to provide better access to primary care and to provide nonsurgical orthopedic or musculoskeletal care to those of all ages, from infants to senior adults.
Our facility is state-of-the-art with a full x-ray lab, outpatient surgery, and physical therapy on-site. We also offer in office diagnostic services including urinalysis and EKGs.
We offer comprehensive medical care for patients from infants to seniors including:
- well-woman care and gynecology services including pap smears
- ongoing care for men
- medical acupuncture
- pediatrics services including immunizations and school physicals
- annual and pre-surgical physicals
- college and sports physicals
- wellness screenings
- management of ongoing medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol
We accept most insurance plans and HMO’s. Please call to find out if our practice is a provider of your insurance plan. For your convenience, we will be happy to file your insurance claim.

Anand Kapur, MD, is a board-certified family practice and sports medicine physician. Dr. Kapur received his medical degree from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed a family practice residency at Fairview Hospital/Cleveland Clinic and a fellowship in sports medicine with the Max Sports Medicine Institute/ Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Kapur comes to Bon Secours from a family practice clinic in Ohio, where he worked during his fellowship and gained experience in a variety of family practice and sports medicine environments with athletes at all levels. His special skills include medical acupuncture, osteopathic manipulation, myofascial release therapy, casting and splinting, and joint and soft tissue injection.
Margie P. Pascual, MD, is board certified in family medicine. She received her bachelor of science in biology from the Adventist University of the Philippines in Cavite, Philippines and earned her medical degree from University of the East, Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, in Manila, Philippines. Dr. Pascual completed a residency in family medicine at Adventist LaGrange Memorial Hospital in LaGrange, Ill.
Dr. Pascual is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Her clinical interests include preventative medicine for children and adults, comprehensive women’s health, acne, asthma, hypertension and diabetes management.
Meghana Shah, MD, is a board-certified family practice physician with more than 10 years of professional, primary care experience. She received her medical degree in India and finished her residency training at St. Elizabeth Family Medical Center, Utica, N.Y.
Dr. Shah is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and American Medical Association. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine for children and adults, well-woman exams, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, hypertension and diabetes.
Michelle Shippert, DO, is a dually board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Shippert completed her bachelor of science at The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona and earned her medical degree from Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. She went on to complete her family medicine residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, St. Margaret in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Shippert is professionally affiliated with numerous medical organizations including the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. She has been awarded the Dean’s Commendation Award, Me Student Award as well as the having the privilege of serving as Chief Resident.
A personal goal of Dr. Shippert is to help teach the patient to stay healthy and help themselves by being an active participant in their care. As a wife and mother, she enjoys the balance of work and play. She has enjoyed living in numerous states over her years but looks forward to setting roots and building a long term patient panel. Caring for children from infancy through life’s changes and into the golden years, Dr. Shippert considers it a blessing to see the whole spectrum of patient care.
