Dr. Graves completed a medical degree at the University of North Carolina Medical School. She did an internship at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in South Carolina. Dr. Graves comes to Bon Secours from the University of South Florida, where she recently completed a residency in family medicine. Prior to this, Dr. Graves served as a medical officer in the U.S. Navy. She was a general medical officer, providing primary care and acute care at the Branch Medical Clinic at Naval Air Station North Island in San Diego. She also served as medical officer and department head for the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Five at Port Hueneme, California. In addition to her medical training, she has completed a number of military training courses.
Dr. Graves is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American Medical Women’s Association and the National Medical Association
Dr. Rush is a licensed family physician. She received her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, and completed her residency at Portsmouth Family Medicine. Dr. Rush is Board Certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
Devin Bailey, DNP, is a certified family nurse practitioner. Born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, Dr. Bailey earned her doctorate in nursing practice from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In addition, she holds a master of science in nursing, with a family nurse practice concentration, as well as a bachelor of science in biology, both from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
Dr. Bailey specializes in managing common chronic medical conditions, such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol. She is also dedicated to management and education concerning sexually transmitted diseases and infections and, more importantly, the prevention of these illnesses that greatly affect our communities. Dr. Bailey volunteers in Hampton Roads through her professional nursing association, Chi Eta Phi Sorority, and her community service organization, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is excited and grateful to be afforded the opportunity to provide equal and high-quality care to all people in need.
Paa-Kofi Obeng, DO, is an internal medicine physician. Dr. Obeng completed both his bachelor of science and master of public health degrees at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and earned his medical degree in osteopathic medicine from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. He went on to complete his internal medicine residency at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, Ohio.
Dr. Obeng is professionally affiliated with the American College of Physicians and American Osteopathic Association. He has participated in several medical presentations and received multiple awards, including the American Osteopathic Foundation Welch Scholar Award. Dr. Obeng provides a full spectrum of health care services for adults with an emphasis on preventive care.
